Also, a letter of appreciation (certificate of gratitude) was presented to Prof Yoshida from JICA Hokkaido Office, for his long-lasting contribution to the JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program &#8220;Health System Management for Regional and District Health Management Officers in Africa&#8221;.
