A Farewell Ceremony of Prof Yoshida and other retiring professors was held on 27 March, 2003. Also, a letter of appreciation (certificate of gratitude) was presented to Prof Yoshida from JICA Hokkaido Office, for his long-lasting contribution to the JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program “Health System Management for Regional and District Health Management Officers in Africa”.
